Ingrid’s extensive career has spanned working in New Zealand and overseas, primarily in the Pacific and Asia. She has managed and led several central government agencies’ monitoring, evaluation, and research functions, and has been the chief executive officer of two arts organisations.
Ingrid also established a boutique monitoring, evaluation, and research agency.
Ingrid has comprehensive knowledge and experience of monitoring, research and evaluation approaches, methods, and tools, including those that are contextually relevant and culturally appropriate. She brings expert in-depth experience in designing, managing, and delivering complex outcome frameworks and evaluations that are focused on informing better decision-making and policy development.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Geography and History, and a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies.
