Vladimir has more than 20 years of experience providing expert advice on competition and regulatory economics. His previous roles were primarily focused on regulation and promotion of competition in the telecommunications sector in a number of jurisdictions, across four continents, where he advised regulators and network operators.
Vladimir also worked on a large number of competition cases in other industries/sectors, advising on competition economics in mergers and acquisitions and investigations in anti-competitive practices.
Vladimir holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Orleans (France), where he graduated in applied microeconomics. His research was focused on the economics of interconnection of telecommunications networks.
