Tony provides consulting advice and litigation support on financial reporting, financial management, capital markets, cost of capital and valuation. He has given expert evidence on these matters in High Court proceedings, Commerce Commission hearings, and arbitrations.

Tony is Emeritus Professor of Accounting and Financial Management at Victoria University of Wellington and holds a PhD in Finance. He is a lay member of the New Zealand High Court, is a Certified Securities Analyst Professional, and a  Fellow Chartered Accountant.

Tony is a Life Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and also a Life Member of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand.
