Kym advises on sectoral and trade issues. His 30 books cover global markets for food, wine and textiles, protectionism, trade and the environment, regionalism, and WTO accession.
He is Professor of Economics at the University of Adelaide but also a Panelist and expert witness in WTO disputes, and is on the Board of Trustees of the International Food Policy Research Institute. His doctoral studies were at Chicago and Stanford Universities.
