Sarah specialises in consulting on public policy economics challenges primarily in the environmental, climate change, energy, and agriculture policy space to support the climate transition to a net zero world. Sarah has advised on environment and climate policy and strategy, carbon market design, housing energy efficiency policy reform, agriculture policy reform, water market reform and pollutant management among other environmental policy challenges.

Sarah is highly experienced in considering sustainability and environmental impacts alongside economic and social considerations in all policy analysis work. She has advised policymakers and private sector clients with program and policy evaluation reviews, policy design and options analysis, cost benefit analysis and insights, Regulatory Impact Statement’s to support regulatory policy change, economic impact analysis, business cases and economic snapshots and navigated complex economic public policy problems. Sarah has worked across a range of projects for Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments and for a range of private sector clients. She has held economic advisory roles across multiple Victorian Government Departments and agencies, Deloitte Economics and initiated a small consulting practice.
