Leané is experienced in providing project coordination and administrative support services. Prior to joining Sapere, Leané worked as an executive assistant for Presbyterian Support Central, supporting a busy social services team covering the lower North Island.

Leané previously utilised her project coordination skills as an intern at ChangeMakers Resettlement Forum, assisting in the development of an online library of research relating to refugee-background and ethnic migrant communities in the Aotearoa context. During her study, she also worked as a research assistant and a tutor.
