Peggy is a Managing Economist at Sapere in Wellington with experience in data analysis, regulatory frameworks, pricing strategies and economic theory. She enjoys tackling complex issues and challenges, leveraging her experience to provide insightful economic analysis and strategic advice.

Peggy has previously worked as a Grid Investment Advisor at Transpower where she gained great knowledge of economic and financial principles in the infrastructure sector. Peggy undertook economic analysis and modelling for national infrastructure projects, informed investment decisions through cost-benefit analysis and developed forecasting tools and models for major capital project proposals.

Prior to Transpower, Peggy led the quarterly production of statistical and data products as a Statistical and Data Analyst at Statistics NZ. She transformed datasets into actionable insights and drawing interpretations using sound judgement, conceptual framework, and real-world knowledge.
