Sally has nearly 20 years’ experience in regulatory impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, public sector reviews, government fees and pricing, business cases and cost analysis for the government and utilities sectors. She works across a range of industries and portfolios, for example most recently in bushfire protection, environment protection, occupational health and safety, electricity safety, and consumer safety.

Before joining Sapere, Sally spent 13 years at Deloitte Access Economics as Director, where she led Deloitte’s regulatory impact analysis work. Before that she worked in the Economics group at PwC.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
