David Moore, CEO at Sapere was one of two advisors engaged by the New Transport Agency (NZTA) to review the agency’s Performance Improvement Framework (PIF) conducted in 2010.

The follow-up review summarises the 2010 PIF review at a high level, makes detailed comment on the identified seven areas for follow up and comments on the NZTA’s current situation and future outlook.
