We reviewed the Shellfish Production and Technology New Zealand (SPATnz) Primary Growth Partnership, a programme to selectively breed high value greenshell mussels. The purpose of the evaluation was to provide an independent assessment of how the programme is tracking towards its outcomes, within the current economic, environmental and industry context.
