The New Zealand Infrastructure Commission, Te Waihanga engaged Sapere to undertake a study on the pricing of stormwater services. The study includes:
• advice on best-practice pricing for stormwater services, leveraging insights from around the world
• an assessment of how current approaches in New Zealand measure up against best practice, and
• recommendations on future pricing of stormwater services in New Zealand, including how recommendations relating to the proposed transition to Water Service Entities.
