Emma is a managing consultant in Melbourne with experience in evaluation, policy and research. She has worked in both government and research organisations for over 15 years across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. At Sapere, she specialises in evaluations and regulatory reviews in legal, regulatory and health spaces.
Prior to Sapere, she was the sole evaluator for the Legal Services Society, Vancouver. At this role she was in charge of the evaluation program for the society, conducting process and impact evaluations. She has also worked across the New Zealand government in policy, operational policy and research roles, mainly in health, business and cultural spaces.
