Sarah is a Principal in Melbourne specialising in consulting on public policy economics challenges in the environmental, climate change and energy policy space. Sarah has advised on climate policy and strategy and carbon market design, housing energy efficiency policy reform, agriculture policy reform, water market reform and pollutant management among other environmental policy challenges. Sarah has advised policymakers with program and policy reviews, policy design and options analysis, cost benefit analysis and insights, Regulatory Impact Statement’s to support regulatory policy change, economic impact analysis and navigated complex economic public policy problems.
Sarah has worked across a range of projects for Commonwealth, State and Territory governments and for private businesses from corporations to start-ups as well as started a small consulting practice. Sarah has held economic advisory roles across multiple Victorian government departments and agencies, along with two years at Deloitte Economics. She has a Bachelor of Economics Honours (first-class) degree from La Trobe University.
